The company has earned the distinction of being a Certified Professional Home Builder, and participates in the EarthCraft House program. Personal Profiles
Donald M. Culver is a native of Atlanta who has spent his whole life in the business of building homes. He and other family members have long been involved with building homes in North Fulton and Forsyth counties. Don is a graduate of Southern Tech, a founding member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, the father of three children: Tina who lives in Asheville, NC with her family; Clay, who lives in Tybee Island, GA with his wife; and Katie who lives in Portland, Oregaon. Don’s wife Dottie is a teacher at the Coal Mountain Elementary School.
Rich Grimshaw has lived in Atlanta since attending Georgia Tech in 1971. A graduate of Georgia Tech and Georgia State University, he is a licensed professional engineer. He brings extensive background in building design and construction, project management, and customer support to the building team’s business. Rich is a charter member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. He has served as President of the Forsyth County chapter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, and State Director of the Home Builders Association of Georgia. When not involved with building he sometimes joins the other trumpet players with the Sounds of Sawnee Community Band of Forsyth County, and the Northwinds Symphonic Band of Gainesville. He is an active member of the Lanier Chamber Singers, an a cappella choral ensemble, and a student (vocal music major) at NGCSU. Rich’s wife Jan is the Director of Finance and Public Relations for Culver & Grimshaw, Inc. Both Rich and Jan are active members of the Holly Theatre performance group.
