Your investment in a new home built by Culver & Grimshaw, Inc. is protected by a 10-year limited warranty from Quality Builders Warranty Corporation.  This is a written warranty that clearly identifies and describes the responsibilities of the builder and the home owner in caring for a new home. The warranty coverage is insured by a third party – Liberty Mutual – one of the largest property and casualty insurance companies in the United States. And your warranty coverage is transferable to another purchaser if you decide to sell your home during the warranty period.

During the first year in your new home you can be assured that the home will remain warm, safe and dry and that repairs will be made if material and workmanship defects are identified. During the second year in your new home, additional coverage is provided for the heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems. In addition to these first and second year items, the warranty includes protection for 10 years on the structural integrity of your home.
