Building and Renovating Forsyth County

Rich Grimshaw has lived in Atlanta since attending Georgia Tech in 1971. A graduate of Georgia Tech and Georgia State University, he is a licensed professional engineer. He brings extensive background in building design and construction, project management and customer support to the building team’s business. Rich is a charter member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. He has served as President of the Forsyth County chapter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, and as State Director of the Home Builders Association of Georgia. When not involved with building he can often be found playing trumpet with the Sounds of Sawnee Community Band of Forsyth County or with the Northwinds Symphonic Band of Gainesville. He is an active member of the Lanier Chamber Singers, an a cappella choral ensemble, and a student (vocal music major) at NGCSU. Rich’s wife Jan is the Director of Finance and Public Relations for Culver & Grimshaw, Inc. Both Rich and Jan are active members of the Holly Theatre performance group.

Don Culver is a native Atlantan who grew up in the construction business. Don is a graduate of Southern Technical Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. He has been involved with his community for many years as a business partner and mentor at Coal Mountain Elementary School. He served as a member of the local school committee for four years. Don is an active member of the Optimist Club that serves the youth of the community. He and his wife are founding members of Christ the King Lutheran Church. Don and Dottie are the parents of Tina, living in Ashville N.C., Clay, living in�Savannah GA. and Katie, living in Portland OR. Don and Dottie spend their leisure time camping, hiking and ocean kayaking. Spending time with their grandchildren, Bryce, Blake, Tim and Lucas also is a high priority.
